Realise Futures is seeking a dedicated, flexible, and creative Tutor for Family Learning to join the Family Learning Team in Suffolk. The role is part-time, with 11.1 hours per week, and is based in Lowestoft or can be home-based.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum level 3 teaching qualification (level 4 for English, Mathematics, and Language).
- A subject qualification in the relevant area.
- Skills in English, Mathematics, Language, or Early Years.
The tutor will run short programmes in partner venues that encourage parental involvement in children’s learning and development. Outreach delivery is the norm, and a willingness to travel to deliver in partner venues is essential. Access to own transport is required, along with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude to working in partnership, and flexibility in the role.
