The Ashley School Academy Trust are seeking a dedicated, empathetic and professional T4 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our awesome team in Key Stage 2. We are a day/residential school for pupils with complex learning needs and associated difficulties.

We offer an extensive CPD programme. Do you have a passion to:
- work both inside and outside the classroom supporting pupils, some in small groups and others one to one
- help pupils to develop life skills and emotional regulation
- act as cover supervisor for planned and unplanned absences
- work alongside teachers and other specialist staff to provide a whole approach to learning
- celebrate progress in small steps
- think on your feet as no two days are the same
