About the role
We’re looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Systems Support Manager (Projects) at Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP). This is a fantastic opportunity to provide oversight, coordination and assurance across multiple systems-based projects within ARP and act as the project manager for some system-based projects.

The role strengthens the capacity of the Systems Team by providing dedicated systems project management support, to deliver ARP’s strategic priorities and contribute to continuous improvement across all partner councils. Key strengths include:
- Experience working with Revenues and Benefits systems and coordinating system‑based projects
- Analytical, inquisitive, and solutions‑focused
- Strong communication skills and confidence in building effective working relationships
- Experience working within a Systems, ICT or technical support environment
- Technical problem solving
