Your role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator. This is a varied and impactful role supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of Learning and Development activities across the organisation. You will lead on co-ordinating training, maintaining high‑quality e‑learning content within our Learning self-service system, facilitating and co-facilitating training sessions/workshops and ensuring learners receive a smooth end‑to‑end experience. In addition, you will lead on our early careers programme, including apprenticeships, work experience initiatives, and represent the organisation at career fairs.
What you will need: You must be a team player with excellent organisational and customer service skills and have a good aptitude for using IT systems. You should be confident working under pressure, able to manage changing and sometimes conflicting priorities, while consistently maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Previous training administrative experience within a busy office environment is essential. You must also hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or be actively working towards it.
