We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Regulatory Compliance Team as a HHSRS (Health, Housing and Safety Rating System) Coordinator.

Your role: You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient management and resolution of HHSRS including damp, mould etc and related within our housing stock. This role serves as a key liaison between tenants, Maintenance Inspectors, contractors, and internal teams to co-ordinate inspections, track repairs and maintain accurate records.

What you will need: You will have experience in working in an administrative role and have sound understanding of domestic property maintenance; along with experience in assessing and prioritising repair requests and have understanding of data quality control.
