East Suffolk Council is an exciting place to work, delivering essential local services and making a real difference to a quarter of a million people across East Suffolk. We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Regulatory Compliance Team as a HHSRS Co-ordinator.
Your role: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient management and resolution of HHSRS (including damp, mould etc) and related issues within our housing stock. This role serves as a key liaison between tenants, Maintenance Inspectors, contractors, and internal teams to co-ordinate inspections, track repairs and maintain accurate records.
What you will need: The successful candidate will have experience in working in an administrative role and have a sound understanding of domestic property maintenance. The post holder will have experience in assessing and prioritising repair requests and have an understanding of data quality control.
