Realise Futures are hiring a Support Worker (Works Coach) to join our team at Growing Places. In this highly rewarding role, you’ll support adults with learning disabilities and/or additional barriers, helping them build confidence, develop practical skills, and succeed in a supportive and inclusive working environment.

As an RF Works Coach, you will play a key role in enabling individuals to grow, achieve independence, and thrive. You’ll work closely with people to support their personal and professional development in a positive, work-based setting.
