Lapwing is a specialist therapeutic education provider and charity, working with young people facing exclusion from education, employment and the community through social, emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties and disabilities. Lapwing delivers a broad range of highly personalised education programmes and projects that are designed to meet the needs of, and help realise the aspirations of, each young person.
We are recruiting a Recruitment Officer to drive forward our vision to systemise the recruitment and onboarding process in a new HR and payroll system. This is a varied role, and we are looking for someone who is highly organised and detail-oriented to support the administration and compliance of recruitment and onboarding. The role plays a key part in ensuring a positive experience for candidates whilst maintaining compliance and adherence to company policy.
This role will suit someone who is pro-active, able to work on their own initiative, methodical in their approach and has good attention to detail. You will be a problem solver with excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills, and competent in the use of Microsoft Office and systems.
This is an office-based position situated in Martlesham Heath. The role is term time plus four weeks across the school holiday periods expecting approx. two of these weeks during the summer holiday period.
