Your role and responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a portfolio of projects that improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
• Use data, insight and evidence to shape and support improvement activity across Children's Social Care, SEND, Education and Inclusion services.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and partner organisations to identify opportunities for early intervention, prevention and sustainable change.
• Maintain a strong focus on impact, ensuring improvements are embedded into everyday practice and deliver lasting benefits.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, governance and reporting to support successful delivery.
• Build positive relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, providing line management or supervision where required.
