St Margaret’s CEVA Primary School is a good school, which aims to enable every child to reach their full potential. We are seeking two Teachers KS1 or KS2 (Key Stage 1 or 2) to join our motivated and aspirational team. We are a 2-form entry school in the centre of Ipswich and have a strong team of staff and Governors, a clear Christian ethos and a forward-thinking senior leadership team.
You will:
- have a track record of high standards and excellent teaching within these year groups, supporting and improving outcomes for all pupils
- promote a caring and supportive environment in which children can flourish and succeed
- teach, plan and make adaptations in your classroom that are guided by evidence-based practice
- be reflective and willing to learn from others as well as to model good practice across the school
- have a behaviour management approach which is based firmly on building positive relationships
- be able to work well in a team, have excellent communication skills and have a positive mindset.
