Your role and responsibilities
As a Learning Co-ordinator, you will be working in a dynamic, creative and supportive team. Your day-to-day tasks are likely to include:
- Oversight of tasks associated with course and event management, eg. Suffolk CPD course bookings and financial processes related to commissioned training.
- Collation and analysis of training data.
- Tracking progress of learners on qualification routes.
- Uploading and managing content to SharePoint sites.
- Event and conference co-ordination.
- Quality assurance activities.
You will need
- excellent customer service skills and confidence in responding to telephone and email enquiries
- proficiency in the use of Excel and other tools to collate and analyse large volumes of data
- ability to think on your feet and be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.

The team
The Centre for Learning is a new service, grown from the CYP and ASC Workforce Development service and the Corporate Learning and Development Team, that brings together all aspects of training, learning and professional development across many different areas of the Council.
