Realise Futures is looking for a highly organised Learning Administrator to support our Adult Learning teams across Suffolk. You’ll play a vital role in coordinating courses, managing data, and keeping the English, Mathematics and ESOL (EMESOL) learning programmes running smoothly.

Location/Base: Pemberton House, Ipswich, IP1 2AQ.

Salary: £25,600 per annum.

Hours: 37 hours per week.

Contract: Permanent. Required as soon as possible.

This role is subject to a basic DBS check. Successful applicants will be subject to Right to Work in the UK checks prior to employment. This role has a hybrid working environment in line with Realise Futures policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Have strong administration and communication skills
  • Need to be confident using IT systems and data, in particular Excel
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Have Level 2 English and Mathematics

  • Level 2 English and Mathematics
  • Proficient in IT systems and data management, particularly Excel
