Suffolk County Council is seeking an Inclusion Facilitator to join its Psychology and Therapeutic Services. This role involves delivering early, relational, and person-centred support for children and young people across Suffolk, helping to make mainstream inclusion a reality.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Tailor your approach to each child or young person using evidence-informed approaches, including relationship-based work, therapeutic support, and person-centred planning.
- Work alongside key adults to strengthen systems and practice through developing sensory profiles, supporting peer inclusion approaches, and facilitating therapeutic timetables.
- Focus on creating sustainable, long-term change rather than short-term intervention.
You will need:
