We are looking for a Graduate Estates Surveyor to join our Strategic Property Team. If you share our values and you are motivated to make a difference for our residents, clients, and communities, we would love to hear from you.
About the role
As a Graduate Estates Surveyor, you will take on an important role supporting our Strategic Property Team, whilst working towards your Chartered status. You will be involved, from the outset, in contributing towards our asset management strategies and processes, whilst driving forward your estates workload and supporting the team on a day-to-day basis. We can offer you a challenging and diverse range of work across a varied estate of land and property within our districts and you will be working with Senior Officers and service colleagues as well as external stakeholders, advisors and partners in maximizing opportunities and value from our estate.
About you
We are looking for a professional person, keen to start a career in property and either working or willing to work towards Chartered status. You will have worked across a range of workplace environments and bring the skills to work collaboratively across the organisation. You will bring some experience in property management, valuation, Landlord and Tenant, options appraisal and strategic review as well as energy to be part of our small, dedicated team. You will have an eye for detail, be organised and meticulous so as to balance the demands of local government.
