The governors, staff and children of Ranelagh Primary School are looking to appoint an excellent Class Teacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to join our Key Stage 2 team.
We are looking for a teacher who:
- is committed to providing the best learning opportunities for all children
- is able to deliver engaging and creative lessons in an inclusive environment
- has the ability to provide social, pastoral and cultural development for our pupils
- is ambitious and committed to the professional development of themselves and others
We are looking for a DSL who will take lead responsibility for safeguarding and child protection across the school (including online safety and understanding the filtering and monitoring systems in place).
The role will include teaching a Key Stage 2 Year ¾ class in the morning and dedicated DSL time in the afternoons. We have a team of three other ADSLs who support the role of DSL and a dedicated full-time Family Support Practitioner who supports the DSL and Attendance Lead.
