Castle Manor Academy is seeking a permanent cover supervisor to join our cover team in the school as a Cover Manager. This post is a busy and rewarding one, providing lesson cover for students across all subjects when their teacher is absent.

The post requires someone who is confident, consistent and cares about students and their learning. We have a strong team and strong policies and processes across the school that will support a colleague who may have experienced or may be new to the role. The key attribute required is a positive attitude and a passion to make a positive impact on students’ lives.

This post could be ideal for someone who is considering training to teach in the longer term, providing in-school experience that would support training pathways, or for someone who has a passion to be in the classroom with our students being the consistent person they need if their teacher is away.
