At Langer Primary Academy, we are looking to appoint a warm, highly organised and proactive Attendance Administrator who shares our belief that strong partnerships with families and a relentless focus on attendance can have a transformational impact on children's lives and future opportunities.
This is an important and rewarding role at the heart of our school community. As Attendance Administrator, you will play a key part in promoting excellent attendance and punctuality, ensuring accurate record keeping, and supporting families to overcome barriers that may affect a child's ability to access education. Working closely with the Headteacher, school staff, parents and carers, and external agencies, you will help create a culture where every child is supported to attend school regularly, engage in their learning, and achieve their full potential.
You will be highly organised, able to manage a varied workload, and confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You will combine strong administrative skills with empathy, professionalism and a positive, solution-focused approach when supporting children and families.
Situated just moments from the beautiful Suffolk coastline, Langer Primary Academy is a small, friendly and ambitious school where strong relationships, teamwork and a commitment to excellence underpin everything we do. We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported and inspired to succeed. Our dedicated staff work collaboratively to ensure the very best outcomes for all pupils, and we place a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and professional development.
As part of Unity Schools Partnership, you will benefit from being part of a wider network of schools committed to delivering exceptional educational experiences while maintaining the unique character and strengths of each individual school. You will have access to high-quality support, resources and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the trust.
What we can offer
- A welcoming, supportive and friendly team where colleagues genuinely enjoy working together and supporting one another
- The opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting difference to the lives of children and families within our community
- A strong commitment to staff wellbeing and work-life balance
- High-quality support from experienced trust-wide teams
- Opportunities for professional development, training and collaboration across Unity Schools Partnership.
This role would suit an experienced administrator who thrives in a busy environment and understands the importance of attention to detail, confidentiality and effective communication. Above all, we are seeking someone who is passionate about supporting children to access the education they deserve and who shares our commitment to ensuring that every child has the best possible start in life.
If you would like to join a caring and dedicated school community by the sea, we would be delighted to hear from you.
