Overview

Suffolk County Council – Riverside Family Hub, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR33 0EQ. Casual Family Time Practitioner role, community based. Salary: £14.82 per hour (plus enhanced rate at weekends: Saturdays time and one third, Sundays time and two thirds; to be reviewed). Hours: as and when required – no guaranteed hours. Role type: Casual.

What is Family Time? Family Time is a lifeline that enables children to maintain meaningful relationships with their families and others who matter, while ensuring safety and well-being. Sessions can take place in a Family Time Centre, a community space, or virtually via phone or video call. You’ll observe interactions, offer feedback, and help families build on advice to create stronger, healthier relationships.

You’ll work to facilitate moments that matter, ensuring visits are constructive and supportive.
