Stradbroke High School is seeking to appoint a Teacher of Science to join their team. The school is located at Wilby Road, Stradbroke, Eye, Suffolk IP21 5JN. The role is part time (0.8 FTE) and permanent, available as soon as possible.

About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but exceptional Science department. Year on year, Science results are in the top 10% nationally for progress and attainment. You will have the opportunity to teach across KS3 and KS4 to all ability levels.
You would also be expected to contribute to the whole-school personal development programme, including being a form tutor, attending and organising trips, and offering lunchtime activities. This role is suitable for new or experienced colleagues who wish to teach enthusiastic students in a school that supports and appreciates its staff.
Responsibilities
- Teach Science to students across KS3 and KS4 for all ability levels.
- Contribute to the personal development programme, including form tutor duties, trips, and lunchtime activities.
- Collaborate with a small department in a high-performing school.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Suitable for both new and experienced teachers.
- Additional safeguarding responsibilities as part of the school\’s welfare commitments.
