This position is open to current Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) staff only.
A permanent On-Call Watch Manager vacancy has become available at Nayland Station.
This role is conditioned to the On-Call duty system and will be filled based on eligibility and performance.
Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service are looking to fill this vacancy with a motivated and committed individual who can demonstrate strong organisational values in line with SCC and SFRS.

Please describe how you have provided valuable management support to ensure consistent day to day management of a fire station and/or watch in line with guidance, policy, and service plans.
