King Edward VI School is looking for a Student Behaviour Support Worker.

Your role:

You will be assisting the Senior Leadership Team in the running of our Reset Room.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will work alongside colleagues offering support to students, logging their attendance and giving immediate assistance to any behaviour needs.
  • You will also provide basic learning activities that mirror classroom expectations.

You will need:

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills, either Level 2 - GCSE grade β€˜4’ or above in English and Mathematics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience of working with young people is essential - within a school setting would be an advantage but not a requirement.
