We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Officer to join our HR Team and provide high-quality support across a wide range of people-related activities within the Eastern Education Group. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent HR practice, building strong relationships, and supporting both managers and employees to foster a positive working environment.
You will work closely with colleagues across the group to ensure consistent application of HR policies, accurate record keeping, and timely resolution of day-to-day HR queries. You will support ongoing employee relations casework, provide clear and practical HR advice, monitor key HR data, and contribute to the development of effective people management practices. You will also play an important role in the use and development of the iTrent HR system, assist in preparing management information, and help ensure compliance with organisational procedures and relevant employment legislation.
The role requires a confident communicator who is able to manage a varied workload, maintain high standards of accuracy, and offer supportive and confidential guidance to employees. We are looking for an individual who is CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards Level 5, with experience in delivering generalist HR support and a strong commitment to professional development. The ideal candidate will be well organised, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
