Job Description
Bramford CEVC Primary School – Ipswich, Suffolk IP8 4AH – Salary £24,414 per annum (pro rata), Grade 2, Scale Point 2 – Hours 20 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, Term time only – Contract Fixed Term until 31 August 2026, View to becoming permanent – Reference 7955
We are looking to appoint an Administrative Support Assistant to join our school office team at Bramford CEVC Primary School. The role will involve a range of duties associated with providing an administrative service for the school, working alongside and supporting our Administrative Assistant and Senior Administrative Assistant.
The 20 hours per week are worked over 4 days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8.30 am - 1 pm and Friday 8.30 am - 3.30 pm. 38 weeks, Term time only. Occasional outside normal working hours may be required. This will include 1 hour Midday Supervisor role.

- Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and visitors daily
- Good levels of literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent)

- First aid training and the ability to care for pupils who are unwell (training will be provided if required)
- Good initiative and creativity
- Calm, patient, reliable and flexible

We are joined in a hard federation with Somersham Primary School.
