Join our exceptional team of pupils, staff and families as we continue our journey onwards from a very ‘Good’ Ofsted in June 2023, to ensuring we continue to provide a curriculum that values creativity, self-improvement and equity of opportunity.
We are looking for a Teacher who is an outstanding practitioner or has the potential to be. We need a teacher who is inspiring and motivating for pupils, able to think about learning and deliver it in an interesting and engaging way. We are a supportive and hardworking team, part of Evolution Academy Trust, with excellent access to high level CPD and ongoing opportunities. The opportunity to lead a subject/s is available for the right person.
As a class teacher, you will create a positive, inclusive learning environment where children are inspired, challenged, and supported to reach their full potential. The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality teaching and learning that supports the achievement, progress, and well-being of all pupils.
You will take responsibility for the learning and development of pupils in your care, working closely with colleagues, parents/carers, and external partners to meet individual needs. You will demonstrate professionalism in your teaching practice, uphold the highest standards of behaviour and conduct, and contribute to a strong team ethos within the school.
