About the Role
- Provide individualized support and care for two children (aged 14 and 10) both with autism.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing.
- Manage and monitor Type 1 diabetes for the 14‑year‑old; training provided.
- Occasionally support the 10‑year‑old sibling with mild autism.

Summary Terms and Conditions
- Female Support Worker required – Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 applies.
- Hours, days and times of work: up to 15 hours per week during term time, up to 30 hours per week during holidays (flexible scheduling).
- Pay rate: £14.00 per hour.
- Annual leave: Pay‑equivalent holiday entitlement for 5.6 weeks of work.
- Expenses: Reimbursed for prior agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
- Sick pay: Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) eligible if meeting eligibility criteria.
- Pension: Company will fulfil statutory obligations via NEST pension scheme.
Pre‑Employment Checks
- Required Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
- Reference checks (two referees required).
- Probation period of 3 months.
