4 hours available per week at £12.70 per hour.
Job purpose: This role is to support N both at home and in the community to access facilities and services and to support him to seek new hobbies and experiences. You will be supporting N both with and without his family present. We have 2 pet cats and 2 other high need children in the household. The successful candidate will be responsible to N’s Mother as your employer.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- To help to support N and us as a family.
- To assist N with personal care.
- To help N to get the most out of experiences.

Personal Specification (refer to these when submitting your application)- Essential Criteria: Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Hours, days and times of work: 4 hours per week - flexible to be agreed with the employer. Working times are from 4pm on weekdays and are to be agreed on the weekends.
- Pay rate: £12.70 per hour.
- Annual leave: The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work normally done during 5.6 weeks (statutory entitlement).
- Expenses: You will be reimbursed for prior agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
- Sick pay: I do not operate a private sick pay scheme but provided you meet the eligibility criteria, you may be entitled to Statutory Sick Pay (SSP).
- Pension: I do not operate a private pension scheme but I will fulfil my statutory obligations via the NEST pension scheme.

- Background check: A satisfactory Enhanced with Barred List(s) Disclosure and Barring Service check is required for this position.
- References: If successful, you will be required to provide details of two referees, one of which must be your current or most recent employer, or character references if you have not been employed.
- Trial period: This post is subject to a probationary period of 3 months.
