Rate of pay: £15.65 per hour
Hours / days: Mondays and Thursdays 11:30 – 13:00, and possibly every other Saturday 14:30-16:00. There is a degree of flexibility to these hours.
About the role: I am looking for a positive, friendly and hard-working person to help me with domestic chores. The ideal candidate should be reliable, adaptable, have an eye for detail and work to a high standard independently. They will be required to clean my 2-bedroom bungalow and perform other general household tasks. Please note there is no personal care involved in this position. Candidates must be animal friendly.
General duties and responsibilities:
- Hoovering
- Dusting
- Mopping
- Cleaning the kitchen and bathroom
- Making my bed/changing bed sheets
- Light gardening

Summary terms and conditions:
The rate of pay for this position is £15.65 per hour. Mon & Thu 11:30 – 13:00, and possibly every other Sat 14:30-16:00. Overtime will be available. The annual holiday entitlement will be equivalent to the work normally done during 5.6 weeks (statutory entitlement).
Additional requirements:
- A satisfactory enhanced DBS check is required for this position, the cost will be covered by the employer.
- Post is subject to a 3-month probation period.
- The successful applicant will be required to provide details of two referees from recent employers.
