The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

You will work closely with the clinical leads and operational managers to ensure the service runs effectively with a full rota. You will be contacting clinical and operational staff by phone and email to ensure the rota template is populated. You will support with reports and ensure staff compliance when adding employees into the rota.

Main duties of the job include working alongside the successful candidate to ensure they are sufficiently inducted and trained, with regular constructive supervision in place. It is important that you feel safe and supported in the role.

You should have experience in an administrative capacity, providing comprehensive support with the ability to prioritise workload accordingly. Experience within healthcare is advantageous but not essential. Good IT skills are necessary, and you should be able to pick up new systems efficiently with our supportive training.

About us: Suffolk GP Federation CIC is a not-for-profit community interest company. Our main purpose is to support Primary Care across Suffolk, including collaborative working at scale. We deliver a portfolio of NHS services across Suffolk and North East Essex, including Podiatry, Ultrasound, Diabetes, and urgent Care Services including the Out of Hours face-to-face Service in Suffolk.

Job responsibilities include supporting the efficient running of our urgent care services by ensuring the rota is filled to the designed template. You will join our Urgent Care Service, which includes Out of Hours, GP+, and ED Streaming, all delivered by Suffolk GP Federation.

Contract type: This role will be based at our Urgent Care Head Office, Riverside Clinic in Ipswich. The position will be part-time, working on a two-week rota.
