Podiatrists are specialists in foot, ankle and lower limb health, helping people stay mobile, active, independent and pain-free. From treating foot pain to supporting people with long-term conditions, you'll make a real difference every day.

You’ll combine academic study with practical workplace learning and build close working relationships with both your colleagues and education provider throughout the programme. You’ll join our Suffolk Podiatry Team as part of Suffolk GP Federation CIC. We are a not-for-profit, community interest company and our main purpose is to support Primary Care across Suffolk, including support with working collaboratively and at scale. We also deliver a portfolio of NHS services across Suffolk and North East Essex, including Podiatry, Ultrasound, Diabetes, as well as Urgent Care Services including the Out of Hours face-to-face Service in Suffolk.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our supportive and innovative podiatry team as a full-time Podiatry Degree Apprentice. If you are looking for a career in healthcare, this is your chance to earn a salary, gain hands-on experience, and build a career that changes lives. Train to become a qualified Podiatrist with Suffolk Podiatry, while studying for a fully funded BSc (Hons) Podiatry Degree with the University of East London. This exciting 4-year full-time apprenticeship combines university study with work-based learning, helping you develop the knowledge, skills, behaviours and confidence to become a future HCPC-registered podiatrist. We will work alongside the successful candidate to ensure they are sufficiently inducted and trained; there will be regular constructive supervision in place. It is important to us that you feel safe and supported in the role.
