We are seeking an Administrator to join our school office who will be the welcoming face of Worlingworth C of E Primary School and keep things running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, thrive on being at the centre of a busy community and bring positivity to everything you do, this is your chance to play a key role at the heart of our school.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure a professional welcome to all visitors.
  • Answer phone, emails and parent enquiries.
  • Communications to be drafted and sent.
  • Maintain Schools’ MIS database.
  • Record pupil attendance / absence.
  • Monitor stock, prepare and receive orders.
  • Ensure pupil lunch orders are recorded and communicated to caterer.
  • Set up and maintain bookings for after-school clubs/breakfast club.
  • Diary management.
  • Assist with arrangements for school trips.
  • Administer pupil medication and records.
  • Carry out health and safety checks.

What you will need:

  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or level 5 or above.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of using a range of Management Information Systems.
  • An ability to stay calm under pressure.
