Team West Row are looking for a compassionate Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our strong and supportive team. This role will focus on working within our specialist provision hub, supporting pupils with high needs, particularly in communication. You will be part of a nurturing environment where teamwork is key, and where every child is supported to thrive both academically and socially. We are committed to working closely with families and the local community to ensure the best outcomes for our children. Our school offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a dedicated staff team who support one another and share a clear vision for school development.
