The Opportunity

Norwich Road Academy are looking for a passionate and skilled Teacher who will inspire every pupil to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons, create a positive learning environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider trust.

You will have:

  • a degree (or equivalent) and QTS
  • proven strategies to support learning for all pupils, including those with additional needs
  • creativity and flexibility in your teaching approach
  • strong behaviour management skills that build mutual respect
  • a willingness to embrace technology and new ways of working
  • a growth mindset and commitment to your own professional learning
