An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Hardwick Primary School, our friendly and supportive community primary school, as a Year 2 Classroom Teacher covering maternity leave on a fixed-term basis. This post would suit an Early Career Teacher seeking a nurturing environment in which to develop their skills, or an experienced teacher looking for a rewarding role in a school where staff wellbeing, professional development and high-quality teaching are prioritised.

Support for Early Career Teachers (ECTs): ECTs will benefit from a structured induction programme, high-quality mentoring and reduced teaching commitments in line with statutory guidance.
