The Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint a Special Education Teaching Assistant for pupils with severe learning difficulties at Ipswich Academy. We are seeking teaching assistants to work within the mainstream and our specialist education unit, preferably with a SEND background, although this is not essential, as training will be delivered relevant to experience and the cohort of children.
