The Role

To be responsible for supporting the Office Manager to run the school office.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake general administration tasks
  • Help to promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school
  • Work with the Office Manager / Business Manager / Central MAT team to ensure the most effective use of resources in support of learning objectives
  • Be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
  • Be experienced in the use of IT packages
  • Be positive and resilient
