Paradigm Trust is seeking to appoint a committed, conscientious, and self‑motivated Management Accountant. As the Management Accountant, you will join a friendly finance team based in Ipswich, producing accurate management accounts, while helping with budgets and statutory accounts. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer, the Management Accountant will ensure all regularity and statutory requirements of the Department of Education are met.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work with others, deal with competing demands, and produce high-quality information for the purpose of statutory reporting and strategic decision‑making. The successful candidate should have outstanding interpersonal skills, be able to build trust, and be a person of integrity whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
