We’re seeking a skilled Lecturer in Plumbing to join our team and deliver high-quality instruction in plumbing and building services engineering courses, including gas courses and apprenticeships from Levels 1 to 3. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching both full-time and apprentice students, with a strong understanding of the practical and academic needs of each group.
Qualifications
- You must be qualified to at least Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or hold an equivalent Advanced Craft qualification) and have experience working with heat pumps.
- While holding Assessor and Verifier qualifications is desirable, we welcome applicants who are willing to work towards achieving these awards.
Responsibilities
- In addition to teaching responsibilities, you’ll participate in curriculum planning, assist in course marketing, and maintain strong relationships with students and employers alike.
- You’ll also contribute to developing new course offerings and provide mentorship to new staff as they integrate into our team.
