West Suffolk College is looking for a Lecturer in Construction to join our dynamic Skills for Employment team. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching to adult learners across the region, supporting them to achieve their goals in the field of construction, promoting excellence in education, and maintaining accurate records of student progress using college systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality teaching to adult learners.

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional qualifications in construction.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry, ideally including carpentry to Level 2.
  • Teaching qualification at Level 5 or above desirable.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • Flexible, team‑oriented approach.
