EASTERN EDUCATION GROUP is looking to recruit a Group Assistant Principal – Inclusive Learning for its Bury St Edmunds campus. The position is full‑time (37 hours per week), permanent, with an annual salary of £60,603 – £73,473.
Responsibilities
- The strategic development of Inclusive Learning across the group
- SEND and Supported Learning provision
- Entry Level and Level 1 curriculum pathways
- NEET and alternative provision programmes
- Community‑based and outreach learning opportunities
- Student wellbeing, engagement and progression initiatives
- Cross‑group SEND and inclusive practice development
- Relationships with local authorities, schools, employers and external partners
- Quality improvement, curriculum innovation and organisational growth
About You
- Significant leadership experience within education
- Strong understanding of SEND and Inclusive Learning provision
- Experience driving quality improvement and raising learner outcomes
- Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent partnership‑building and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset coupled with strong operational delivery
