Qualifications
A relevant Occupational Therapy qualification and an HCPC registration.
Location and Work Arrangements
This post will initially be based in Stowmarket, may also work with other locality teams across the Ipswich and East Suffolk area.
The Team
The Flexible Care and Support Team is a dynamic, multidisciplinary service within Adult Social Care, focused on helping people maintain their independence and achieve the outcomes that matter most to them. Working closely with health colleagues, community partners and voluntary organisations, the team provides person-centred support to adults with a wide range of needs. You will also be part of the wider occupational therapy team across Ipswich & East Suffolk adult social care (ASC).
