West Row Academy are seeking a compassionate Specialist Hub Lead Teacher to join our strong and supportive team. This role will be leading our specialist provision hub, supporting pupils with high levels of need, particularly in communication. You will contribute to a nurturing, well-structured environment where teamwork is central, ensuring that every child is supported to thrive both academically and socially.
