The opportunity
Join our team as a Site Officer and make a real difference every day. As an integral part of our academy, you will play a key role in maintaining an environment where pupils feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive. From keeping our facilities running effectively to supporting the wider academy community, your work will directly contribute to shaping positive outcomes for our students.
About you
- Good standard of English and Mathematics
- Previous experience within a maintenance role
- Technical or vocational qualification in relevant subject
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desirable knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance
- Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
