Your role and responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative, financial and business support that helps our teams deliver positive outcomes for children and young people aged 0–19 (and up to 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities).
- Coordinate and manage a range of administrative, financial, HR and IT processes that keep the service running smoothly.
- Act as a friendly, professional first point of contact for colleagues, partners and customers.
- Maintain accurate data and records to support service planning, performance reporting and decision-making.
- Organise meetings and events, including diary management, agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Support projects by carrying out research, arranging meetings, tracking actions and flagging issues.
- Prepare reports, presentations and communications for a range of audiences.
- Monitor financial information, supporting budgets and identifying any irregularities.
