£32,547 per annum, rising to £34,748 per annum after probation period

Full Time 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly to meet the needs of the service, to include some weekends.

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is your local mental health charity, dedicated to supporting individuals across our communities. We offer a variety of services, including our Rest Hubs, which provide safe, supportive spaces for people to take a break, receive guidance, and de-stress when they need it most. Our aim is to ensure no one faces a mental health challenge alone.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to continue developing and enhancing our services, ensuring that we provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals. As the REST Hub Manager you will continue to appraise, improve, and develop our work at the REST Hub in Thetford and our wider work in South Norfolk. You will work closely with our clinical partners from Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust (NSFT) and other stakeholders to provide a robust service to people who are experiencing mental health issues. To promote recovery model framework and implement a Psychological Informed Environment (PIE) for people who use our services.

You need experience of:

  • successfully leading and supervising a team supporting people with their mental health
  • collaboration and creating partnerships with external organisations, the VCSE sector, with volunteers and small community groups.
