MeltonPrimarySchool areseeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Leadto join oursupportive team.


In this role you willbe responsible forthe welfare,wellbeingand pastoral needs of our children(including in-class support), and for managing safeguarding concerns ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.The role supports children with any worries or anxieties they may be experiencing,together with providing confidential support for parents on issues affecting their child. You willmonitorattendance, undertake tracking and analysis of behaviour and attendance in consultation with thesenior leadership team. You will support our safeguarding efforts, provide guidance and support to children and families facing personal challenges, and collaborate with staff and external agencies to deliver the highest standards of care.
