Morgan CofE Primary School is offering a permanent Office Manager position starting September 2026, based in Ipswich, Suffolk. The role is responsible for the efficient operation of the school office, including administration, attendance, safeguarding, communication and financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for the school office, managing administration, attendance, safeguarding, communication and monetary responsibilities associated with the role.
  • Lead the school's front office, enabling teaching staff to enhance their effectiveness and help them to achieve and continually improve standards of learning and achievement.
  • Promote the highest standards of business ethos within the administrative function of the school and work with the Business Manager/ Central MAT team to ensure the most effective use of resources in support of learning objectives.
  • Be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
