The Ashley School Academy Trust are seeking a dedicated, empathetic and professional Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our awesome team in Key Stage 2. We are a day/residential school for pupils with complex learning needs and associated difficulties.

Responsibilities
- Work both inside and outside the classroom supporting pupils, some in small groups and others one-to-one
- Help pupils to develop life skills and emotional regulation
- Act as cover supervisor for planned and unplanned absences
- Work alongside teachers and other specialist staff to provide a whole approach to learning
- Celebrate progress in small steps
- Think on your feet as no two days are the same
- Champion the lives of young people with SEND
