Your role
You will lead and manage the day‑to‑day delivery of Hard and Soft FM services, including Grounds Maintenance, Street Cleansing, Building Cleaning, Asset Management and statutory compliance activities. As Senior Service Manager you’ll support and deputise for the Head of Facilities Management, ensuring services are safe, efficient and delivered to a consistently high standard. You will champion continuous improvement, drive commercial growth, foster innovation and deliver excellent customer satisfaction across all FM operations.

You’ll be an experienced operational leader with a strong background in FM services, people‑management skills, a solid understanding of compliance and Health and Safety, and the ability to run busy, multi‑disciplined services effectively. You’ll be commercially aware, customer‑focused, and able to drive improvement, manage resources, solve problems quickly and deliver high‑quality services across a complex operational environment.
