HGV Driver/Loader at East Suffolk Services Limited, Lowestoft NR32 2E
40 hours per week over 4 days (Mon-Fri). Working week will include a Monday, with another day off during the week – day off to be determined if successful.

Your role: You’ll be responsible for driving HGV Refuse Collection Vehicles and loading refuse, recycling, garden, food waste, and sacks onto the lorry—always prioritising health, safety, and excellent customer care. This role is essential in keeping our streets clean and tidy. As the Driver for your round, you’ll also act as chargehand, taking accountability for the vehicle and crew each day. In addition, you’ll assist with in‑cab technology, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all information related to your route.
What you will need: You will need to hold a full UK Driver’s License, an LGV Class 2 Category C licence and a valid driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC). If you’re reliable, enjoy working as part of a team, have a keen awareness of health and safety and don’t mind physical work in all weather conditions, we’d love to hear from you.
