Are you passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children with complex learning difficulties? Do you thrive in a supportive, high-achieving environment where every small victory is celebrated?

We offer an extensive CPD programme. Do you have a passion to:

  • work both inside and outside the classroom supporting pupils, some in small groups and others 1:1
  • help pupils to develop life skills and emotional regulation
  • work alongside teachers and other specialist staff to provide a whole approach to learning
  • celebrate progress in small steps?

You will need to think on your feet, as no two days are the same, and have a genuine desire and motivation to improve the lives of young people with SEND. Enthusiasm and a commitment to raise achievement for pupils with SEND is essential.

The Ashley School Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
